Beneficial engine power characteristics
to the propeller thrust (shows a significant reduction in engine revolutions with the same propeller thrust in flight, in terms of cruising speed and maximum speed) – for the user it means greater range on one fuel tank, lower fuel consumption and, indirectly, less noise.

for the user, it means less strain on the spine during take-off and landing and improved comfort.

The propeller is quieter
Without the emission of burdensome, high tones – reduction of the harmful impact of noise on your ears and the comfort of less nuisance for the environment.
Material: carbon fiber – composite, carbon-epoxy, core-based propeller blade structure with additional carbon reinforcement of the leading edge and a carbon spar.
Aeroresponsive properties – Aeroresponsiveness – innovative property of in flight non-adjustable propellers. Hybrid between the effective angle of attack and the mass and aerodynamic forces at the same time. In practical terms, this results in better adaptation of the propeller parameters to the needs, i.e.:
- gaining a certain static thrust on the ground and we don’t lose it as quickly as the forward velocity increases
- with high take-off power, we also achieve equally good flight parameters at high speed
- with a static thrust comparable to other propellers, we can get, for example, a better (faster) climb at max. flight speeds
- economy of flight and engine operation improves due to the lower RPM requirement for level flight. The same mechanism also prevents the propeller from “spinning up” too much in accelerated flight, which in turn has a positive effect on service life.
The “Torque Effect” – “twisting” moment, which consists of both moments of inertia and aerodynamic drag forces (thrust torque). This parameter is particularly important for the comfort and safety of the flight as well as the correct control of the paraglider. The fleXer propellers, due to their very low weight and high efficiency, reduce this effect to an extreme minimum. Noticeable effect of the above features is obtaining full power immediately, on demand.
Quiet and efficient – a refined profile with high efficiency and well-thought-out, unusual geometry reduce harmful drag and result in quiet operation, as well as better transmission of engine power to propeller thrust in its full speed range.
Long life product – the use of high-quality materials and a professional production process makes the durability and quality of the propeller parameters insensitive to weather conditions and the number of hours worked by the propeller. Possible replacement of a damaged blade does not require sending the entire propeller to the manufacturer, but only providing one of the set numbers.
How to read the hole matrix?
6M6d50 or 6xM6/d50 means 6 screws with a diameter of M6 spaced on a diameter of 50 mm.
Bolt tightening torques:
M6 – 8 Nm / M8 – 16 Nm
When to use distance?
After installing the propeller, the minimum distance between the propeller and the pulley must be 5 mm.
If the distance is smaller, use a spacer.
If the engine is equipped with a head cooling fairing, the minimum distance from the propeller at rest to the fairing cannot be less than 10 mm.
If the distance is smaller, use a spacer.
Propeller tips
Before starting the engine with the fleXer propeller for the first time, check the minimum distance of the propeller tips from the basket elements (e.g. stroboscope, tubes, mesh). The minimum distance from the tip of the propeller at rest to the collision elements is 11 cm in the axis of the flight direction. Depending on the propeller model, the minimum distance may be shorter (consultation required).
Warranty
The warranty for fleXer PPG propeller is issued for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover:
- damage caused in transport,
- damage caused by the fault of the user,
- defects resulting from improper use of the product, contrary to its intended use or information contained in the manual,
- attempts to repair or modify the propeller by the buyer or unauthorized service.
- The customer is obliged to deliver the product to Aeroplan.
- The customer sends the parcel at his/hers own expense. COD shipments will not be accepted.
- In the case of sending the product that are not covered by the warranty – due to damage or other defects caused by the user – the product will be returned to the customer at his/hers expense.
- We try to make the support handling time as short as possible. The customer will be informed immediately if the repair time is extended for reasons beyond Aeroplan’s control.
In the case of sending products under warranty, it is necessary to:
- complete the online form in the customer panel on the aero-plan.pl website
- safe packing of the products in order to reach Aeroplan undamaged. The sender is responsible for the products in transport
